Horse liver is a highly nutritious, iron-rich, and hypoallergenic protein option for dogs, especially suitable for those with food sensitivities or allergies to common proteins like beef or chicken. 

• Nutrient-Dense: Contains essential vitamins and minerals including iron, vitamin A, B12, and biotin, which support energy production, immune health, and skin/coat health.
• Ideal for Allergies: As a novel protein, it is ideal for dogs with intolerances to common meats.
• Feeding Guidelines: Due to high vitamin A content, it should not be the sole daily diet. It should make up roughly 5–10% of a raw diet or be given as an occasional treat.

TDB produce is sourced from abattoirs that they have worked with for a number of years and regularly visit. They believe this is crucial to the ethos of their products as they can investigate where the animals are sourced and be sure that they have lived a good life and monitor the conditions that the animals and our end product go through at every stage of the process.

The Dogs Butcher ensures all of the product is ethically sourced and 100% British. They won't buy non-stunned, Halal slaughtered, or intensively farmed meat. All poultry products are free range. Where possible they use quality, locally sourced ingredients from near TDB HQ in Devon.
