1. Conditions 

1.1 The Trader is Raw Paws Emporium Limited (RawPaws), a private limited company registered in England under company number 13531411, whose registered office address is Unit 2 The Point, Swallowfields, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 1WL, and whose trading address is, Unit 2 The Point, Swallowfields, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 1WL.

 1.2 The Consumer is an individual who works mainly or wholly outside their trade profession or business.

 1.3 Goods are products that you as the consumer purchase from us.

 1.4 Order is an oral or written request of an intent to purchase our goods. 

 1.5 Written includes emails, but not fax.

2. Conditions

 2.1 The terms and conditions laid out will not impact the consumers statutory rights. 

2.2 The terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods between a consumer and a trader and shall prevail other documentation or communication provided. Acceptance of payment shall be deemed evidence of consumers acceptance of these terms condition. Any variation of these terms and conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the trader. 

3. Product Description and Specification

3.1 Allergens in our product can be accessed in detail under ‘product descriptions’. 

3.2 RawPaws endeavors to ensure that descriptions, pictures prices and information are accurate. We do not accept liability for any inaccuracy’s errors or omissions. The colour specification dimensions and descriptions are as accurately as possible however please understand that all images are for illustration purpose only. The colours of the products are dependent on the resolution of the monitor; therefore, we cannot guarantee the picture on the consumers monitor reflects accurately to the colour of the item delivered. We reserve the right from time to time to vary the dimension specification, description and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice. 

3.3 Product packaging may vary, the packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.​

4. Ordering 

4.1 All orders for goods shall be an offer by the consumer to purchase goods to these terms and conditions. RawPaws has the right refuse any order made by them without reason. 

4.2 If the goods are ordered but they are not in stock, the consumer will be immediately notified and given the option to either wait until the stock is replenished or cancel the order where a full refund will be provided within 28 days. 

4.3 Promotional and discount codes are to be used only once where applicable and may not be combined with any other offers. Should an offer code be used more than once or is deemed by the trader to abuse their discount, the trader can cancel the promotional code at any time. 

4.4 RawPaws will take reasonable care to keep details of the consumers order and payment secure, however we cannot be held liable for any loss they may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access of their details when they access or order from our website. 

4.5 With orders online the consumer will receive an electronic confirmation within an hour or placing an order. 

4.6 When placing an order through our website or over the phone, the consumer will receive an electronic confirmation within 24 working hours of placing the order. This will contain full details of the product, price, and delivery details. The consumer should not be hesitant to contact RawPaws if they do not receive such information within the specified time frame.

5. Cancellation 

​5.1 Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the day of dispatch. For the cancellation to be valid, the consumer will need to email RawPaws with their order reference number and RawPaws will refund any monies paid within 28 days. 

5.2 In order to protect the integrity and high standards of our frozen products, RawPaws regret that we are unable to accept returned orders for frozen products once they have left our premises or have been delivered unless the consumer notify us within 24 hours of the purchase or delivery of a problem with the product. 

5.3 RawPaws strongly advise that the consumer check the products before they leave our store or on delivery, as once they have left our premises, the consumer will not be entitled to a refund. This cancellation policy does not impact the consumers legal rights.

​6. Delivery

6.1 If the consumer is not present when RawPaws attempts delivery, we can leave the goods in a safe place, however we will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to the product. The consumer must provide written consent for us to leave the order in a safe place. 

6.2 If we are unable to deliver the goods, we will contact the consumer to reschedule the delivery on the next available run in the area. 

6.3 Our delivery vans will be delivering on a weekly basis to areas within a radius of 15 miles of AL7. Please refer to our delivery schedule on our website for the most up to date schedule. If the consumer lives just outside the distribution area, they should contact us on ….. to find our more information on delivery and how we can help. 

6.4 If for any reason the consumers order was not delivered, they must contact RawPaws within 24 hours. This can either be in writing or by telephone, where the consumer should provide use with their order information. We will investigate the reason and respond within 24 hours. If we unable to find a reason why the goods were not delivered, we will consider it to be lost and provide a refund or we will arrange another delivery. 

6.5 We shall not be liable for the non-performance of any aspect of order delivery arising from circumstances beyond our control. 

6.6 To ensure that RawPaws works to the highest standard, we recommend that orders should be received by 9am at least 1 working day prior to the expected delivery date. 

6.7 RawPaws is not responsible for delays outside our control.

​7. Zero Tolerance Policy 

7.1 Raw paws is a family run business and we adopt a zero tolerance policy. If verbal and abusive language is used towards our staff, it will result in the order being cancelled and details will be retained to prevent any future orders being made and this applies to all platforms of communication.​

8. Payment

8.1 Payment for the goods purchased is accepted by the following means; credit/debit card, PayPal, BACS, or cash in store. 

8.2 We use accredited third-party merchants to handle our online payments, therefore all online credit/debit payments taken through a fully encrypted and secure gateway.  

9. Prices

9.1 If there is an error on the order sheet or the invoice, please contact us promptly so we can make the adjustment and refund or debit any additional payment. 

9.2 Some of our products are exempt from VAT. 

9.3 Prices of the product can be found in store or online through our website via our product page. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product is correct.​

10. Risk and Title

10.1 The ownership of the product will pass to you the consumer when RawPaws receive full payment of the product bought. 

10.2 We are not liable for business losses; we only supply our products for domestic and private use only. We will not be held liable if the products are used for any commercial, business or re sale purpose and we have not liability to the consumer for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. 

10.3 Goods will be at the consumers risk when it delivered see 6.1 for more information.

​11. Problems with the products

11.1 The consumer must contact RawPaws within 24 hours of purchase or delivery if there is a problem with the product, which can either be in writing or by telephone. 

11.2 Due to the nature of the products consumers will not be able to be returned to store however they will still be entitled to a refund. 

11.3 We are under a duty to ensure that we supply products that conform with this contract. Here are some details in relation to the consumers legal rights. 

11.4 Summary of legal rights. For detailed information of the Consumer Rights Act, please visit citizens advice. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 indicates how goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.​

12. Waiver 

12.1 Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.​

13. How we many use personal information

13.1 We will only use the consumers personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.​

14.1 All Content included on this site including images texts and logos are property of Raw Paws or its suppliers.​

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 If the consumer has any concerns or disputes about this service, they shall agree to firstly try and resolve the dispute informally by contacting Raw Paws
