Alpaca meat is an excellent, highly nutritious, and novel protein source for dogs, often used in raw feeding (BARF) for its low-fat and high-protein content. It is considered a hypoallergenic alternative, making it suitable for dogs with sensitivities. Alpaca products, including raw chunks and meaty bones, are available from specialized raw food suppliers.
